Scraper tank

Apro Industrie designs, manufactures and erects 4 to 40 metre diameter metal scraper tanks. These clarifiers are used for both industrial sewage treatment and domestic wastewater treatment.

Apro Industrie's scraper tanks are used to separate homogeneous liquids from industrial/municipal sludge. A metal scraper tank is a technical alternative to traditional concrete tanks.

 

Clarifiers are equipped with a double top rim specially designed to take motor-driven scraper equipment. These scraper tanks are also equipped with a stainless steel launder channel, and a conical concrete base.

Apro Industrie's scraper tanks are available in various materials, depending on the characteristics of the effluent:

• Glass-fused-to-steel with a mastic sealant
  
• Epoxy coating with a mastic sealant
  
• Galvanised mild steel with a mastic sealant

Apro Industrie also provides access equipment, pipes and a range of equipment suitable for clarifiers and all types of sewage treatment silos.
