Apro Industrie designs, manufactures and erects 50 m3 to 20,000 m3 bolted steel anaerobic digesters for biogas plant in France and abroad. Apro Industrie also provides tanks for sludge storage and biogas gas holders.
Within the anaerobic digestion process Apro Industrie's tanks are used for biogas production. Biogas is mainly produced from industrial mud or municipal sludge.
Apro Industrie's digesters are available in two materials, depending on the anaerobic digestion process:
- Glass-fused-to-steel with a mastic sealant
- Epoxy coating with a mastic sealant
Apro Industrie's digesters are specifically designed to resist very aggressive gases. Mixing equipment can be easily fitted in Apro Industrie's digesters (lateral mixers and central mixers)
In order to maintain an operating temperature in the anaerobic digestion tank (37°C for a mesophilic process and 55°C for a thermophilic process), Apro Industrie provides cladding rails for insulation.
Apro Industrie's digesters can be fitted with a PVC gas holder.
