Galvanised mild steel tank


Apro Industrie designs, manufactures and installs galvanised mild steel water tanks for industrial and municipal applications worldwide.

The tanks are made of galvanised mild steel sheets (2500x1250 mm) bolted together. Water tightness is provided by either a tailor-made prefabricated liner fitted inside the tank or a highly resistant mastic sealant applied between the sheets.

The hot-dip galvanising process results in a metallurgical bond between the zinc and the steel. It provides excellent long-term mechanical resistance to impacts and abrasion.
