Safety ladder

An external aluminium safety ladder with a rest platform (if necessary) and a top platform with handrails is the easiest and most cost-effective way of accessing the top of the tank.

Staircases

The stairs are made of aluminium plates and have a top platform with handrails.

Walkway

The footbridge is made of aluminium duckboard plates and can be provided with a balustrade.

Manholes

Apro Industrie provides manways made of:
- Galvanised mild steel
- Epoxy coated steel
- Stainless steel

The manway is located on the bottom ring of the tank. It provides safe, easy access for erection and maintenance of the tank.

Connections

These are made of galvanised mild steel, epoxy coated steel or stainless steel. They can be single or double flanged, from NB25 to NB700 and from NP10 to 16. Many other types of connection are also available.

Pipe brackets

Galvanised mild steel or stainless steel pipe brackets are fitted on the tank wall to guide internal or external pipes.

Polyester paint

Polyester paint (gas-fired stoving oven process) can be applied to galvanised mild steel panels at the factory. A wide range of colours is available.

Cladding rails

When tanks need cladding and/or insulation, our erection crews can install cladding rails.
