Welded tank for firemen use
Apro Industrie specialises in fire water storage applications, and provides steel welded tanks from 30 to 150 m3
Steel welded tanks can be buried in the ground. They are made of a 6 mm thick black steel wall. For increased protection, a polyurethane coating is applied on the outside, and a bituminous coating on the inside of the tank. All our tanks comply with standard NFM 88512.
The underground tanks are provided with the following accessories as standard:
- A symmetrical fire brigade suction connection complete with strainer
- An access manway, with an infill connection and a vent
The tank is lifted into the pit by a truck-mounted crane. Lifting rings are bolted on the top of the tank.
Many other options can be added to the welded tank such as: build-up pipes, epoxy paint, an internal ladder, a chassis, anchoring belts, cradles, etc.
